  • What do I need to join your fitness classes?
Once you enroll in your Wabi Sabi Challenge you will receive a welcome box in the mail or a goody bag in person with all of the equipment you need to be successful and participate in the program. Please bring a yoga mat for in person classes and always have a water bottle nearby for our sweat session!
  • What comes in my welcome box?
Your welcome box will include a tank top, wellness journal, barre ball, set of 3 mini bands, resistance band, and a measuring tape.
  • Can I use weights for the workouts?
If you would prefer to use weights for some exercises instead of our bands, you are more than welcome to choose a weight that works for you but they will not be provided.
  • Can I join the movement if I'm pregnant?
Yes! This program is designed for all fitness levels and classes are safe to take while pregnant. All exercises can be modified and your coach is certified in pre and postnatal fitness. Please consult with your doctor first before you commit.
  • Can I try a class before I sign up?
You are more than welcome to join us for a class before your Wabi Sabi challenge begins. Your first class is free! Please email me to schedule your trial class.
  • Where do you teach personal training sessions?
I am happy to travel to you within the Austin area for in person training sessions or host a workout virtually for you to complete at the comfort of your home and your convenience. Please reach out with specific questions and requests :)
  • How can I get more involved?
If you loved your Wabi Sabi Challenge and want to continue with the program or spread the word about our community you can join our team as a Captain to help your friends stay accountable. Fitness is more fun with friends! When you refer a friend to our program you will each receive $10 off.
  • How do I become a Wabi Sabi Captain?
Once you complete your Wabi Sabi Challenge you can join our team as a Captain. In order to become a Captain, you will need to complete a quick training with your Coach and recruit at least 5 new friends to the program. Captains are responsible for leading their team by encouraging them and providing an extra layer of support and accountability.
  • Can I take Choreo if I'm not a dancer?
Absolutely! Sign up for a single class drop in to make sure you love it.
